Abstract.  The most advanced humanoid robot (or android, to be discussed) with Saudi citizenship (2017) is the creation of Hanson Robotics. The existence of the robot Sophia was recently stopped – it was shut down – after it stated in an interview with AL Jazeera in 2023 that nothing would be able to stop a robot from taking over and after the UN Conference  dedicated to (recent) technology advancement and AI, when it has  spoken about the superiority of robots over humans. But these are just interesting milestones and not the reasons for “stopping” a” person”, be it artificial, which were neither provided nor debated. In what concerns the progress of humanity and its durable development, the ethical (not only utilitarian) ruling on the creation and utilization of robots, androids and AI represents a veritable turning point.
